Sharing information in the NHS helps ensure that the quality and safety of services is consistent across the country. It can also highlight different diseases and conditions that may require more NHS investment. This is an opportunity for each of us to help the NHS provide high quality care for all.

The personal data held on file is for the soul purpose of the health care for the individual it is relating too. No such data will be passed on to any second party without the consent of the individual.

A patients right of access to medical records has been incorporated into the Data Protection Act. A Patient wishing to access their rights under this act must do so in writing to the Practice manager and an administration fee in line with Government guidelines will be charged.
