The Meadows Surgery offers improved access appointments with other practices within the CLICK federation. Please read the attachment above for frequently asked questions regarding this service.

We are generally open on alternate Thursday evenings with appointments being offered with a GP or HCA between 18:30 - 20:00.

Our practice nurse offers improved access appointments every Thursday between 18:30-19:00.

The CLICK federation comprises of the following practices:

Summervale Surgery

Churchview Medical centre, Broadway.

Langport, North Street Surgery, Langport.

Crewkerne, West One Surgery, West Street, Crewkerne.

Chard: Essex House Medical Centre, Springmead Surgery & Tawstock Surgery.

One or more of the named practices will be open between 18:30 - 20:00 Monday - Friday evening and Saturday Mornings until 12:00 for booked routine appointments with a primary care clinician, this could be a GP, HCA, Nurse, Pharmacist or Paramedic.

Please note appointments have to be pre-booked up to 2 weeks in advance through the receptionist, you will be asked to given verbal consent if an appointment is booked outside of the Meadows, a reason for the appointment must be given to ensure you see the most suitable clinician available.  Not all procedures will be available if you are seen outside your normal surgery but the clinician will have full access to your medical record.
