Information in the NHS, better information means better care.

Sharing information in the NHS helps ensure that the quality and safety of services is consistent across the country. It can also highlight different diseases and conditions that may require more NHS investment. This is an opportunity for each of us to help the NHS provide high quality care for all.

You can find out more about how information is used for purposes beyond your direct care, the benefits this bring and the choices you have available to you by watching our short video. (click on the link above) This video is hosted on NHS England’s YouTube channel. If you have difficulty viewing it, you can also see it on NHS Choices.

The dispensary is an important part of our business. We aim to complete repeat prescriptions within 48 working hours.

Please note that if you use an online pharmacy or fax your order be aware that our fax machine will be turned off in June 19 and we will only accept orders via the designated dispensary email address:

The preferred way to order your prescription is online via the NHS App or through EMIS ACCESS please register for this service by contacting the reception. Access via the link at the bottom of the home page.

While we take orders over the telephone between 11am & 13:00pm. We prefer electronic ordering via patient on line access or the NHS App, we are; where possible; not taking paper requests.  You can also use the online form below. This gives us a record of the order.  Patient ID is a 4 or 5 digit number, top right of repeat form

Regretfully we are unable to dispense to patients that live within a mile of a chemist as the crow flies.

Please allow yourself plenty of time to order repeat prescriptions, for a telephone request phone 01460 52469 only between the hours of 11.00am and 3.00pm, giving 2 working days notice.

If you are non-dispensing and wish your prescription to be posted out to you, please send a stamped, addressed envelope. Most non-dispensing prescriptions are now sent electronically to the chemist of your choice.  Please let the dispenser know your preference.
